Vlad oversees the smooth running of the practice. He is responsible for the general day to day running of the Surgery. This includes: patient services, practice and staff development, financial management, human resources, premises management and information technology.

Our team of professional reception & administration staff follow guidelines of the practice. They are there to assist you and we would ask you to be patient during peak times, when the staff have to handle a large volume of calls and enquiries. They will ask you a small amount of personal information about your medical condition, this information is used to ensure your call is dealt with by the correct Clinician. They are bound by the same standards of confidentiality as all the clinical staff. Their primary role is to assist our patients.
